Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Divine Connections India. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 5 to 6 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during major national holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during major seasonal events), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is going to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.
- Daily Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We offer standard domestic shipping across India.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or remote delivery locations.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your delivery status directly via our courier partner’s website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Divine Connections India is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For domestic shipping within India, applicable GST is included or detailed at checkout.
5. Damages and Missing Shipments
If you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product, and email them to us at [email protected] along with your order number.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the buyer at checkout.
