1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined below:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All accessories, tags, inserts, and promotional items included with the product must be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Customized or personalized products.
- Products made to customer specifications.
- Bulk orders manufactured specifically for a customer.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review the request and provide replacement, exchange, or refund approval.
Approved claims may qualify for:
- Free replacement
- Exchange
- Full refund
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs

- Divine Connections India will bear the return shipping cost where applicable.
- Customers may be reimbursed for reasonable return shipping expenses upon approval.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Exchanges may be offered for:

- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
- Size or variant issues (where applicable)
Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.
7. Inspection of Returned Products
All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

- Refund credit by bank/payment provider: Typically 5–10 business days.
- Total refund processing time: Up to 15 business days.
9. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted where:
- Returned items are not in original condition.
- Parts or accessories are missing.
- Damage occurred due to customer handling.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
11. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Special terms may apply to wholesale, institutional, church, school, and bulk orders.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Bulk orders are non-returnable after dispatch.
- Manufacturing defects will be covered under replacement provisions.
12. International Orders
International customers may be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties
- Taxes
- Import/export fees
These charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
